The Farah’s have been in the food business for more than 3 generations. Our recipes are timeless, tried and true. We have been blessed to be a part of so many celebrations and special occasions. Our team is inspired each day as we create new menus for your weddings, celebrations, family gatherings, and corporate events.
Our menu is created with the ingenuity and passion inspired by the fantastic flavors of the Mediterranean especially the Middle East, where our family has its roots. We take great pride in fusing the spices and flavors of the Levant region and developing new and unique recipes that will make your event memorable.
And of course our chefs having been raised in the south, are well versed in traditional American meals, southern cooking and healthy Mediterranean diet cooking, There is nothing that we can’t do when we get our heads and hearts together. Food is not only our business its our passion.
Discover Our Menus
The menu is a mix of Mediterranean and Levant cuisines with a little south thrown in for good flavor. We are well versed in cooking Kosher, Paleo, Halal, Vegan, Whole 30, and other healthy options. Nothing we do is precooked or packaged so we pride ourselves in the best and freshest ingredients. We see our farmers several times a week at the farmers market where in many cases they grow just for us. We were doing farm to table before it ever became a thing.
Ground Beef and Onions
Ground beef and onions with cracked wheat (burglar). In this kibbeh recipe, a mixture of bulgur wheat, onions, and ground beef forms a hollow shell for a delicious stuffing. Enveloped in warm and earthy Middle Eastern spices like allspice, kibbeh is the epitome of Middle Eastern comfort food. We have also created a Vegan form of Kibbeh. Our own recipe and creation is starting to be a constant request.
Grapeleaves with Rice and Beef
Stuffed Grape vine leaves, or Warak Enab are a classical middle eastern dish that is a must have at any dinner party. They have a soft and tender texture, with a rice filling. These can be ordered ahead as Vegetarian as well.
Beef, Chicken and Cheese Spinach pies, which are also called fatayer, are basically the Spanakopita of the Middle East. They’re made with a simple homemade dough recipe, stuffed with a spinach, onion and lemon and baked in the oven until golden and puffed. These are also available in A spinach and feta combination as well as beef pies and chicken pies by popular request
